We had the best experience at Hello Ortho! The place is super friendly and personal. It doesn't feel like you are at a "dr office." They communicated every step and provided quick follow up - even with a video! When my daughter got her braces off they held a little celebration...so cute! Thanks guys! ?

UPDATED! Both my son and I are being treated here. They are the most warm personable staff , the office is adorable, spotless, well stocked and cozy, and most of all they clearly love what they do. Dr. Jordan is polite, professional and well versed. We have always been able to get seen promptly if any issue arose, and their treatment plans for both of us are going exactly as projected. I highly recommend Hello to all my friends- and anyone who will listen! ***update*** Three years later and more and more impressed with this team. My teeth look and feel amazing since having my braces removed-it’s given me a boost of confidence I didn’t know I needed, and the sweet celebration they throw on your removal day still makes me tear up a little! We are onto my second son being treated there, he’s a bit on the “suspicious of doctors” side and the team at Hello Ortho is so amazing with him, they always explain every step and show him the tool they’re using. As the office has become even more established its apparent how deep rooted their care for their patients and their commitment to serve the Napa Valley as if we were their own family is. I recommend this practice 120%.
