DESCRIPTION:Collaboration + Community + Life Long Learning  \nDear Colleagues and Friends\, \nWe are honored to extend an invite and opportunity for you to participate in a brand new Interdisciplinary Dental Study based in Sonoma County. We know from talking to our colleagues that many of you like us\, and our eager to get back to in-person meetings.  Our vision to create this study club in order to create opportunities to get to know one another on a deeper level and to show our appreciation to those who we work with had been put on hold due to the last 2 years of the pandemic; now we are incredibly excited to bring this vision to life!  This study club will focus around collaboration\, education and building relationships in order to advance and improve coordinated dental and overall health care in our area.  \nThe initial study club meetings and philosophy will be based around the Spear Education Study Club model.  The Hands-on learning in a small group setting has been shown to be a proven way for dentists and dental practices to improve and grow together.  The Spear Study club model has 6 core benefits to those who participate in a study club which include: Growing Practice Profitability\, Improving Clinical Expertise\, Collaborating With Colleagues\, Increasing Case Acceptance\, Building a Professional Network\, and Strengthening Your Team.  \n  \nThe study club will meet 9 times throughout the year\, and will include 8 modules that provide CE credits for participants.   More logistics and details of the study club will be provided at an introductory event which will be on Thursday September 8th at 5:45 pm at Brooks Note Winery and Tasting Room in Petaluma CA.  https://www.brooksnotewinery.com/ \nAs hosts of this Study club we believe in the power of collaboration\, the power of community and of the power of life long learning to impact not just ourselves but our patients and our practices.  We look forward to seeing you for an informative and spirited first meeting!  \nYour study club hosts\,  \nDr. Jordan Lamberton\nOrthodontist\n \nDr. Mahdad Nassiri\nPeriodontist \nDr. Aliraad Moattar\nEndodontist
